Thompson Collectors Association By-Laws
The club voted on February 4, 2011 to ammend Article III, Section 7 to remove the term limit on the office of President. Link to the Ammendment.
The club's origional by-laws were adopted around 1996 and served us well over the years. In 2006 the Board of Directors established a small ad hoc committee to review the bylaws and recommend updates, additions and changes. The proposed revised by-laws were available for comment and were approved at the club's annual meeting in July 2008.
